Changed from Depends on editor settings to HTML Template

Header color change by customizer can be changed except rich-header for home.html, but gradation is not supported at this time.

The following items in customize / Theme Scheme have changed.

With this change, the CSS for this setting has been replaced and separated from the block CSS for the Classic Theme.

Classic Theme

Fixed an issue where Search no result page and File not found page could not be displayed properly

Site Editor

Fixed layout clutter on the site editor screen due to conflicts with recent updates to Gutenberg.

With this change, there are some changes in the emulsion-addons plugin as well. Please update the plugin to the latest one.
